Dr. Randy Raetz was born and raised in
Lockport, New York, which is just north of Buffalo,
New York. After graduating high school, he attended the
University of Rochester, where he obtained a
Bachelor's of Arts degree in Biology. He went on to the
University of Buffalo for Dental School. After
dental school, he did a General Practice Residency at
University Hospital in Syracuse, New York. After
his residency, he became assistant director of the dental
program at University Hospital. In 1996, Dr. Raetz left Syracuse
for Rochester New York, where he began working for the Rushville
Health Center, in Rushville, New York.
In August 2004, Dr. Raetz opened up his own practice,
located within the Westfall Park Medical Center. Prior to
this, Dr. Raetz worked at another dental practice in Henrietta, at
St. John's Nursing Home, at Industry School in Rush,
New York, and the Finger Lakes Migrant Health Care Project.
Dr. Raetz was the
2004 Monroe County Dental Society President and also a member of the
board of directors. Dr. Raetz received his Fellowship degree in the
Academy of General Dentistry in July 2008. At the current time, he
is working towards his Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry
